REPLACEMENT & REFUND
We have 7 days of hassle free return policy from the date of delivery.
- Simply send an email to [email protected] with all supporting documents like images and videos to initiate an exchange or return request.
- Our dedicated team will verify your request and will update you within 24-48 hours.
- Once your request is approved, for Exchange our team will initiate a reverse pickup and once the product is picked up will proceed with the replacement
For Refund, our team will initiate a reverse pickup and once the order reaches back to us post quality check will proceed with the refund.

We usually ship the desired products within 2 business days after the return pickup and it takes 4 to 8 days to deliver the replaced shipment, depending on the location

- Usually, the reverse shipment takes 6-10 days to arrive at our facility, then it takes next 2 business days to inspect the shipment and to initiate the refund.
