Exchange Policy

• We offer exchange for all products.
• Customers may exchange their products within 7 days of delivery.
• The first exchange is complimentary. Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.149.
• SALE PRODUCTS are eligible for exchange at a cost of Rs.99

Return Policy

• We offer a 7 day return policy for your convenience. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can initiate a return.
• Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds
• A pickup and refund processing fee of Rs.99 will be applied per order for return.
• SALE PRODUCTS are not eligible for return and refund.

Please Note:

• All claims require an unboxing video of the products upon shipment to be considered valid. We strongly advise our customers to record an unboxing video of their URBANIO product upon delivery.
• If receiving a faulty, damaged or substandard product, customers must email [email protected] with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
• Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
